During our busy seasons we usually book 3-5 business days out. During slower times we can book as early as the next day!

Busy seasons usually start in March and last until the end of October. Slower times are usually in the winter months from November to February.

Standard turnaround time on Real Estate Listing media is 24 hours although in most cases you will wake up to an email saying your content is ready well before the 24 hour mark.

In some cases we need up to 48 hours to ensure all the media is up to our standard before it is delivered; this is usually the case for larger more luxurious listings that require extra resources.

A typical real estate shoot (photos, video, drone) takes about 1.5 hours. This can go up or down depending on the services requested and the size of the property.

A general rule of thumb is that we will travel about 1 hour from our studio located at 41 Main Street South, St. George. Please be aware that our travel fee is calculated at a rate of $0.65 per/km. First 30 km are FREE.

This is up to you. If you are going to be in the video then yes, please try to arrive at the scheduled shoot time. If you are not coming, please let us know EXACTLY how to get inside the property whether that be a lockbox code, door code, hidden key, etc.

We recommend asking the homeowner to step out for an hour or so while we shoot the interior for best results.

If it isn’t possible to have them step out we ask that they stay on a different floor from us while we shoot.

No. Due to our busy schedules and the fact that staging rooms takes too much time, please make sure the property is completely ready for the shoot prior to our arrival. The more time we can spend shooting (and the less time we spend waiting around) gives you a better product in the end.

In most cases, no. This is because materially misrepresenting a property can lead to a whole slew of issues for your clients and for you as an agent. It’s for this reason that we VERY rarely Photoshop anything out of our photos. If you would like something not to appear in the photos and video, please move it or remove it before we arrive.

No. Phone photos aren’t high enough quality to be edited in a meaningful way. If you’re set on using those photos in your listing, use them as is.

Yes, we will do light retouching of your images to make it look as if it’s your best day. Removal of blemishes and bruises along with light skin smoothing and teeth whitening is included. Premium retouching such as the removal of eye bags & extra smoothing of skin is available at an added cost. Authenticity is important for your branding and we will never modify bodies under any circumstance.

No, you aren’t required to use our studio. You can have your photos taken at another studio, an outdoor location or even in your home (or a client’s home). However, you will be responsible for organizing the use of the location as well as covering the cost associated with renting it.

Expect 1 to 2 weeks for final delivery, starting AFTER you’ve made your selections. You will receive a private link to your session gallery with all your unedited images within 3 days of your photoshoot to make your selections.

Time may vary based on which package you’ve chosen.

No, we do not provide RAW files to anyone under any circumstances.

No, we only offer print design and are happy to refer you to our trusted local printer, Peek Digital Imaging, in Brantford.
