First 20Km of travel is FREE. Every kilometer thereafter is charged at a rate of $1.00/km from our office, 41 Main Street S, St.George

Cancellation & ReschedulingCancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the invoice value. Severe weather is the only exception.

If the property is not ready when we arrive or is deemed inaccessible, unsafe, or under construction, the shoot may be declined and the client will be billed for 100% of the invoice. We will wait for up to 20 minutes on site.

Music SelectionWe choose high-quality, licensed music for your video(s) unless you provide your own approved track before editing begins.

Changing the music after the edit is complete requires a full re-edit, subject to a flat fee of $100. No fee applies if the original music gets flagged & removed by YouTube on the Ground2Air Media YouTube Channel.
